Corbin for Congressional Breakfast with President and US Congress
The Leader of the Parliamentary Opposition and Leader of the People’s National Congress Reform, Mr. Robert H.O. Corbin, M.P., will leave Guyana on Sunday February 1, 2004 for Washington, D.C., where he will be attending the 52nd National Prayer Breakfast, with the President and Vice-President of the United States of America along with other National Leaders in the Executive, Judicial and Legislative Branches of the U.S. Government, on Thursday, February 5, 2004.

While in Washington, D.C., Mr. Corbin is expected to meet with senior officials of the World Bank, IDB and U.S. State Department, as well as other branches of the Government. 

Mr. Corbin has also been invited by the Caribbean People International Collective, Inc (CPIC) to their inaugural Caribbean Days on Capitol Hill Conference, from February 1 – 4, 2004.

The Leader of the People’s National Congress Reform will also take the opportunity to bring concerned Guyanese up-to-date with the situation in Guyana on Friday, February 6, 2004 in Washington D.C. and in New York on Sunday, February 8, 2004.
